Leads in the development of evangelism strategies pertaining to African American, African and Caribbean implementation stages of a product, materials or service initiatives.
Works cooperatively with other members of the team, group, and agency to support the overall mission.
Gives leadership to the NAMB's Black Church Matrix Team in the accomplishment of assigned responsibilities.
Serves as a resource to the African American, African Fellowships and to be liaison for the PG/IE Team and the Evangelism Group.
Develop partnerships and implement a process with African American, African, and Caribbean Pastors leading their State in baptisms to mentor other Pastors to accomplish similar results.
Works cooperatively with State Conventions, Associations, and local African American, African, and Caribbean Churches to implement solutions involving increase baptisms in major Urban Cities.
Communicates the Gospel, both personally and publicly, in order to challenge consistent increases in baptisms, particularly among African American, African and Caribbean people groups.
Assists in the development of contextualized resources with particular emphasis on understanding the missiology of assigned people groups. |
