Frank serves with the North American Mission Board Cooperative Strategies Regional Team Leader. Frank coordinates the North American Mission Board's partnership in Region six, which includes the Arizona Baptist Convention, California Baptist Convention, Canadian Convention of Southern Baptist, Hawaii Pacific Baptist Convention, Nevada Baptist Convention, Baptist Convention of New Mexico, and the Northwest Baptist Convention.
Prior to assuming his current responsibly he served the Northwest Baptist Convention as the Associate Executive Director. His experience includes Pastor, Church Planting pastor, Missionary, Associational staff, Interim State Missions Director, Church and Community Ministries Consultant and Multi-Housing Church Planting Strategist.
He received his BA from Southwest Baptist University (MO), his Master of Divinity from Midwestern Seminary (SBC) and his Doctor of Ministry from Golden Gate Seminary (SBC). He has served as an Adjunct Professor at Golden Gate Seminary and has taught at Wayland Baptist University. Writings include articles on leadership, forgiveness, and spiritual formation.
A native of Albuquerque, NM Frank and his wife Karen have been married since 1974. They have two grown sons, two daughter-in-laws and a grandson
