Chris serves with the North American Mission Board as a Regional Team Leader for the Cooperative Strategies team. The North American Mission Board assists Southern Baptists in their task of fulfilling the Great Commission in the US, Canada and their territories, through a national strategy for sharing Christ, starting churches, and sending missionaries in cooperation with Acts 1:8 partners. Chris coordinates the mission board's partnership in that work for Region 4, which includes IA,IL,IN,KY, MI,MN,OH,TN & WI.
Chris is a graduate of Mississippi State University with a degree in banking and finance. His previous work experience includes time in the financial services industry with Charles Schwab and Merrill Lynch. Chris and his wife, Joy, have 3 young children and make their home in Middle Tennessee.
Chris has served in various roles through his local church, including Finance Ministry team, Department Director, Bible Study teacher and deacon. He and his family are active members of Hermitage Hills Baptist Church.
